The research explores the dreams and aspirations of young people of African origin in the diaspora in relation to Africa’s development. It explores the vision of the African Union (AU), the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) and the Conference for Security, Stability, Development and Cooperation in Africa (CSSDCA), the current leading pan-African structures, as well as the mechanisms within these structures for engaging the African diaspora.
